Matrix has been providing this service since 2001. Prior to GPS surveying methods making their way into the industry As Laid drawings have been recorded on site using a measuring tape, wheel and laser. Over the years Matrix have perfected this method utilising the latest laser distance measuring devices to collate accurate As Laid information. This information has then been used to produce scaled hand drawn As Laid drawings. This method of surveying is still used on a daily basis by members of our team but the final drawings are now produced using CAD.
